I can receive and send email but still get an error about failure to read data

If you receive an error such as the following from Apple Mail:

"Attempt To Read Data From Server Failed"

It is because the number of simultaneous IMAP connections is configured too low on your server. Please open a ticket requesting that the MAXPERIP setting be increased to 10 or higher for your IMAP or POP server. This setting is found under /etc/courier-imap/imapd
