How do I enable OpenVZ/cPanel Second Level Disk Quotas?

If you are using cPanel or a similar software on your VPS, you might want to have second level quotas enabled to perform disk space calculations.

Second level quotas can be enabled directly from the 'settings' page of the control panel.
